2024 AUTUMN VOYAGE d'ÉTUDE TO JERSEY, CHANNEL ISLANDS

La Corbière Lighthouse located at extreme south-western point of Jersey in St. Brélade. 19metres high, opened in 1874.

Maritime Museum, St. Helier, Jersey. The museum located in five 19th century cast-iron structured warehouses opened in 1997.
Mont Orgueil Castle, on the east coast of Jersey overlooking Gorey Harbour. Built 1204-1450.

Royal Square St. Helier, Jersey. The market place re-named the Royal Square in 1649 following proclamation of loyalty to Charles II.

Sark Carriages based at Le Grand Fort Farm at the north end of the island originally started in the late 1700s.

St. Helier Central Market - Jersey's Fruit, Vegetable and Flower Market opened in 1882.

Horse-drawn fire engine and pump (circa 1871) exhibited at the Fire Service College.
Members and Partners enjoy dinner in the mediaeval thatched barn at the Fleece Inn, Bretforton,Evesham, Worcestershire (Owned by the National Trust).
The diners enjoy 'Home Entainment' and an impromptu Girls Group.

Members and Partners visit the Batsford Arboretum, Moreton-in-Marsh.
